There is no proof that these are the children of Elizabeth Tomlinson's brother. He would have been 47 at his marriage and kept having children for 20 years. However, his children 2 and 3 are named for his parents, and subsequent names include Elizabeth and Jone, his known sisters in addition to Agnes/Ann, the same as his mother, which would seem highly coincidental. Additionally, there are several Orris and Oris records in this parish (Mother's maiden name) and Orme, later connected to Edward Bagley.
